Privacy Policy
Style Me Glow ("the App", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, whether we share it, how long we keep it, and your choices.
1. Data We Collect
- Account Information via Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In: name (first/last), email, and profile image. Note: Apple shares name/email only on first authorization or when you choose to share them.
- Profile & App Data: nickname, gender, age and settings you enter in the app.
- Region / Location (optional): used for regional personalization. Requested only while using the app and not tracked in the background.
- Device & Diagnostics: basic device info and crash logs to ensure service quality.
- Push Tokens: FCM/APNs device token to deliver notifications.
- Advertising: If AdMob is enabled, Google may collect an advertising identifier for ad delivery and fraud prevention.
- Face Data: (i) Face Images you upload; (ii) Derived facial feature points (e.g., landmarks) computed by our AI models for style analysis. We do not access or collect Apple Face ID or TrueDepth data.
2. How We Use Data
- Account creation, authentication, and profile setup
- Provide core features such as AI style analysis, face analysis, and fashion recommendations
- Face Data Use: Face images are processed solely to generate analysis results (e.g., style recommendations). We do not use Face Data for identity verification, biometric identification, or surveillance.
- Regional personalization (when you allow location)
- Customer support and service improvement
- Push notifications you opt into
- Show ads (when using AdMob)
3. Sharing & Processors
We use the following processors only to provide and operate our service:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore/Storage, Cloud Messaging
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for authentication
- Google AdMob (if enabled): advertising
Face Data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond our processors. If cloud processing is required, Face Images may be temporarily stored on secure servers to complete analysis and are deleted afterward unless you explicitly save them in your profile.
4. Retention & Deletion
- General personal data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion or upon request.
- Face Data: (a) If you do not save the image, we delete face images promptly after analysis is completed. (b) If you choose to save the image in your profile, it is retained until you remove it or delete your account.

5. Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your information
- Withdraw consent for optional permissions (e.g., location) via device settings
- Opt out of personalized ads via system settings
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard protections including encryption in transit and access controls in Firebase and our backend systems.
