개인정보 처리방침

이음터(이하 "앱", "당사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 수집 항목, 이용 목적, 보관 기간, 제3자 제공 및 이용자 권리를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 이용 목적

• 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 이름 — 로그인(카카오·구글·애플) 시 수집하며, 회원 식별 및 서비스 이용을 위한 본인 확인에 사용합니다.
• 프로필 정보: 프로필 사진, 배경 사진, 자기소개, 관심사 — 프로필 표시 및 모임 매칭에 사용합니다.
• 모임 관련 정보: 모임 제목·설명·장소(주소 텍스트)·일시·참가자 목록·모임 사진 — 모임 개설·참가·검색 서비스 제공에 사용합니다. 위치(좌표)는 수집하지 않으며, 사용자가 입력한 주소 텍스트만 저장합니다.
• 채팅 내용: 모임별 채팅방 메시지 — 참가자 간 소통 서비스 제공을 위해 Firebase를 통해 처리합니다.
• 평가·신뢰도: 모임 참가 후 다른 참가자에 대한 평점 — 신뢰도(평점) 산출 및 프로필 표시에 사용합니다.
• 기기·진단 정보: 푸시 알림용 식별자, 앱 오류·크래시 정보 — 알림 전송 및 서비스 안정화를 위해 Firebase 등 타사 서비스를 사용합니다.

문자 메시지(SMS)는 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 보관 기간

• 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시까지 보관합니다.
• 법령에서 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
• 채팅·모임 데이터 등은 서비스 운영에 필요한 기간 동안 보관할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
• 크래시·진단 로그는 Firebase 등 타사 정책에 따라 보관됩니다(일반적으로 최대 90일 수준).

3. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

당사는 원칙적으로 이용자 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

• 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
• 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우

서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 외부 업체를 이용할 수 있으며, 해당 업체는 각자의 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.

• Firebase (Google): 로그인·채팅·푸시 알림·크래시/진단 수집
• 카카오: 카카오 로그인 및 카카오맵(장소 검색) 연동
• Google: Google 로그인
• Apple: Apple 로그인

당사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않으며, 추적(광고 타겟팅 등) 목적으로 수집한 이메일·개인정보를 타사 앱·웹과 연결해 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 이용자의 권리

• 이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 요청을 할 수 있습니다.
• 앱 내 설정 또는 고객 문의를 통해 요청하시면 법령에 따라 처리합니다.

5. 계정 삭제 방법 및 삭제 시 처리

• 앱 내 계정 삭제: 앱 실행 후 마이페이지 → 설정 → 계정 삭제 메뉴에서 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 이메일을 통한 요청: 앱 내 고객센터 또는 개발자 연락처(스토어 개발자 이메일)로 계정 삭제 요청 메일을 보내실 수도 있습니다. 이 경우 본인 확인을 위해 일부 정보를 추가로 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 삭제되는 데이터: 계정 정보(이메일, 이름), 프로필 정보(프로필·배경 사진, 자기소개 등), 모임·피드·평가 데이터, 계정에 연결된 푸시 토큰을 삭제합니다. 서비스 안정성 확보를 위해 남겨져야 하는 일부 로그·통계 데이터는 식별 불가능한 형태로만 보관합니다.
• 보관되는 데이터 및 기간: 전자상거래법 등 관계 법령에서 보관 의무가 있는 거래·접속 기록 등은 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안(예: 최대 3~5년) 별도 분리 보관 후 안전하게 파기합니다. 크래시·진단 로그는 Firebase 정책에 따라 통상 최대 약 90일 동안 보관됩니다.

6. 아동

본 앱은 일반 사용자를 대상으로 합니다. 만 13세 미만(또는 관련 법령에서 정한 최소 연령) 아동의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 보안

HTTPS 등 암호화된 통신, 접근 제어, 업계에서 통용되는 보안 관행을 적용하여 개인정보를 보호합니다.

8. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 또는 웹을 통해 공지합니다.

9. 문의

개인정보 처리와 관련한 문의는 앱 내 고객센터 또는 개발자(스마트컴퍼니) 연락처로 남겨 주시면 됩니다.

Privacy Policy

이음터 (Eumteo) ("the App", "we", "our") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy describes the personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, with whom we share it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect and Purposes

• Account information: Email address, name — collected when you sign in with Kakao, Google, or Apple; used for account identification and verification.
• Profile information: Profile photo, cover photo, bio, interests — used to display your profile and match you with meetings.
• Meeting-related data: Meeting title, description, location (address text), date/time, participant list, meeting images — used to provide meeting creation, participation, and search. We do not collect location coordinates; only address text you enter is stored.
• Chat content: Messages in meeting chat rooms — processed via Firebase to provide chat between participants.
• Evaluations / trust score: Ratings you give to other participants after meetings — used to calculate and display trust scores on profiles.
• Device and diagnostics: Push notification identifiers, crash and error data — used for notifications and stability via Firebase and similar services.

We do not collect SMS (text messages).

2. Retention

• We retain data until you delete your account or the purpose of collection is fulfilled.
• Where the law requires retention, we retain data for the required period.
• Chat and meeting data may be retained as needed to operate the service; you may request deletion when you leave the service.
• Crash and diagnostic logs are retained according to our processors’ policies (e.g., Firebase, typically up to around 90 days).

3. Sharing and Processors

We do not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or as described below.

We use the following processors to operate the service; each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google): Sign-in, chat, push notifications, crash/diagnostics
• Kakao: Kakao sign-in and Kakao Map (location search)
• Google: Google sign-in
• Apple: Sign in with Apple

We do not sell personal data. We do not use collected email or personal data for tracking (e.g., linking with other companies’ apps or websites for advertising).

4. Your Rights

• You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data.
• Please contact us via in-app support or the developer contact; we will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

5. How to Delete Your Account and What Happens to Your Data

• In-app account deletion: You can request deletion of your account and related data from My Page → Settings → Delete account within the app.
• By email: You may also send an account deletion request to the developer contact email shown in the store listing or via in-app support. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity.
• Data that will be deleted: We delete your account information (email, name), profile data (profile/cover photos, bio, etc.), meetings/feeds/evaluations associated with your account, and push notification tokens. Some logs and analytics may be retained only in a de-identified or aggregated form for service stability and statistics.
• Data that may be retained and retention period: Where applicable laws (e.g., e-commerce regulations) require retention of transaction or access records, we keep such records for the legally required period (typically up to 3–5 years) in a separate, restricted storage and then securely delete them. Crash and diagnostic logs are usually retained by Firebase and similar processors for up to around 90 days.

6. Children

The App is intended for general use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law).

7. Security

We protect personal data using encrypted connections (e.g., HTTPS), access controls, and industry-standard security practices.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will notify you via the app or our website when we do.
